Undergraduates are directed to the ICTS front office (Computer Science building on upper campus, and Mowbray), the labs, the online service portal and social media. The service desk is icts-helpdesk@uct.ac.za or 021 650 4500, and the front office has been open 08:00-16:30 on weekdays (closing 15:15 on Thursdays). Source: UCT ICTS.
