Start with your faculty's advisor or RAC office, whose emails are on the UCT readmissions page (for example com-rac@uct.ac.za, humrac@uct.ac.za, law-rac@uct.ac.za). The Student Records Office handles general questions at rac-records@uct.ac.za. The Careers Service lists Student Wellness for mental health support, the UCT Student Careline on 0800 24 25 26, and the SRC, which it says has helped with appeals in the past.
