Connect to the TUKS network (or eduroam) with your portal password; the same password works for the UP Portal, clickUP and campus wifi. Your clickUP username is a lowercase "u" followed by your student number (for example u12345678). The first time you log in, your password is your ID or passport number, and after that your UP Portal password. If you change your password, forget the TUKS network on your devices and log in again.
