The 2026 Yearbook gives 10 January for most faculties and 17 January for the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The 2025 letter also gave an earlier FMHS date (29 November) for its December committee meeting. If you wrote an A4 assessment, or are an FMHS student with a January special or supplementary assessment, you get at least 5 business days from the notice. Dates change each year, so use the ones in your own letter.
