Who do I contact if AESS does not work for me at TUT? Asking for the official answer. (Common question, answered from official sources.)

Email aess@tut.ac.za (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00). Include your student number, qualification and the reference number shown on your AESS request. If you cannot log in, reset your TUT4Life password or contact the TUT Helpdesk. If your profile details are wrong, TUT says to contact iEnabler.
