UCT's appeal forms say appeals are only considered for students who were academically excluded in the most recent exclusion round (for example, June 2026 on the 2026 mid-year forms). Students excluded in previous years must apply through the Admissions Office instead. You may submit one appeal to one faculty RAC, and it need not be the faculty you were registered in.
