Possibly, but not immediately. UCT's Careers Service says you may be able to reapply after a period if you meet remedial conditions. The Humanities faculty page says your record becomes inactive, exclusion applies to the whole university, and the earliest return is normally the second year after exclusion, usually with evidence of strong study elsewhere and completion within N+1 years.
