UP sends your faculty's exclusion letter after exams at the end of each semester. It is usually emailed, and you can also find it on the Student Portal under "Communications" or as a "hold". Check both your email and the portal as soon as results are out, because the letter carries your appeal deadline and you cannot appeal after it passes. Source: UP exclusion brochure.
