Applications for 2027 opened on 1 April 2026. Closing dates are programme-specific (for example 31 July and 30 September), and some online programmes close earlier. The application fee is R240, payable once.
Most programmes have a January intake. Places are allocated per the Student Enrolment Plan, and a waiting list is created once a programme is full.
First-years may move into residences after academic and residence registration.
