The system asks you to sign an acknowledgement. Open it, read the Conditions of Upliftment, tick the agreement box, sign digitally with your name and click Submit Acknowledgement. TUT says the upliftment is then processed on ITS within 2 to 3 working days, so check regularly that your block is lifted before you register.
