Yes. The Academic Regulations (AR 7.3.3) say the decision of the Faculty Appeals Committee is final, and UJ's uLink guide says you have one opportunity to appeal with no re-appeal process. The only exception in the regulations is that the committee can reconsider its decision if you submitted incorrect or fraudulent information that mattered to the appeal.
