Contact your faculty office first to confirm your deadline and process (uj.ac.za/faculties). PsyCaD offers free, confidential counselling on psychservices@uj.ac.za, WhatsApp 073 802 9604, and a 24-hour crisis line on 082 054 1137. The Academic Development Centre (adc@uj.ac.za) and Writing Centre help with study skills. UJ's guide says the SRC can also support students in appeals, so contact them before the panel meets.
