Under the 2026 Academic Regulations, you can be excluded if you fail the same module twice (AR 6.6), unless the Executive Dean gives permission. To move up a year you must pass at least 60% of the modules required in the previous year (AR 6.7). If you are not promoted for any two years of study you are excluded unless the Executive Dean gives special permission (AR 6.8). Your faculty rules may add more requirements.
