You appeal online through uLink during the submission period set by your faculty. UJ's examination information page points to uLink, then Results, then F7 Appeals Submission. You submit your application, a motivation and your supporting documents there. Your faculty's Appeals Committee decides and tells you the outcome in writing. Check your faculty office for the exact dates and any extra requirements.
