E1 and E2 are academic warnings. In UJ's uLink guide they mean your record shows unsatisfactory academic progress and that you are at risk of exclusion. A warning is an early alert, not an exclusion. You can still continue, but it is the moment to act: check your record and any conditions on uLink, speak to your lecturer or Head of Department, and use the Academic Development Centre and PsyCaD. Do not wait until the end of the semester. Source: UJ uLink exclusion guide.
