WRC-2 decisions are final and cannot be overruled by the Vice-Chancellor or any Deputy Vice-Chancellor. The only exception is a procedural flaw, for example information you submitted was not given to the committee. In that case you may appeal to the Senior DVC (Academic) through your Faculty Registrar, who can refer it back to WRC-2 but cannot overturn the decision. Source: Wits readmissions booklet 2025/2026.
