When every section is complete, go to "Declaration and Signature", type your full name as your digital signature and click "Digitally Sign and Submit". Check the summary, then click "Confirm Digital Signature and Submit". You get an on-screen confirmation with a reference number, and the dashboard shows the status as under evaluation by the department.
