You do not use the RAC form. UCT's postgraduate form says students seeking readmission to a PhD or the research component of a master's degree write a letter of motivation and appeal to the Vice-Chancellor's nominee under rule G17. The 2026 General Rules text we read numbers this G18, and says to appeal in writing to the Registrar within 14 days of the FEC notification, so confirm numbering and dates with your faculty.
