If you do not attend, your case is not heard and the WRC-1 decision stands, and a representative cannot appear without you. If something outside your control stopped you, the WRC-2 chair may allow a hearing before the process closes for your faculty, and you must give evidence of the cause. Check your Wits email: hearing notices are sent at least 24 hours before.
