UCT says that in most cases an appeal is not considered without documentary evidence, and the RAC reads only what you submit. Examples named by UCT are medical or death certificates, sworn affidavits and travel itineraries or tickets. Add your remaining-course plan, and confirmation from an advisor or programme convener where required (for transfers, in writing). Save everything as one PDF and upload it on PeopleSoft. Do not include your UCT or matric results.
